Bought a jar of peanut butter yesterday

Already half-way through it… OOoooooOOOps$sss!

Should burn a lot of the calories off at the gig tonight though so it’s all good.

When that’s done that’ll be enough peanut butter for a while me thinks… Gonna live on fruit and veg for a while:).

Just back from the store

and picked up:

  • 1 Aubergine
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • A Packet of Mushrooms
  • 3 Peppers
  • Rissotto Rice
  • Tub of Hummus
  • Packet of Water Crackers
  • Jar of Jam
  • 2 Packets of Bagels
  • Jar of Peanut Butter
  • 5 Seed Bars
  • 3 Bananas

All of which came to £7.12 and will last me the entire week, maybe buying another packet of mushrooms. But, being vegan is so expensive right?

Every single time adverts come on there’s ones about fast food delivery, and all of these different phone lines and websites making it easier to get fast food delivered… And people really wonder where Britain gets it’s health problems from?

For Exercise:
  • 3.5K jog this morning
  • Two 1 minute planks
  • 20 competition sit-ups
  • 30 regular sit-ups
  • 25 press ups

and

  • 50 squats with 8KG weights

For Food:

  • Slice of toast
  • Protein shake
  • Some crackers
  • Slice of toast with; carrot; mushrooms; and tomatoes
  • Numerous cups of green-tea
  • A few glasses of water
  • Cous-Cous with; falafel; tomatoes; sultanas; apricots; dates; and various other fruits
  • A cherry yoghurt
