Depression isn’t feeling sad. It’s feeling nothing. It’s feeling no emotions. It’s having no energy. It’s having no motivation. Sick of people saying they’re depressed because they’ve been tired that one day and therefore in a bad mood, then the next day they’re back to their bouncy-irritating selves again. It’s a serious illness, when will people realise this?
